Problem
Gold prices are re-announced many times a day and the shop front has to keep up — slow to change by hand, easy to get wrong, and every shop sets its own margin over the association price.
Approach
The board pulls association prices automatically and updates in real time. The shop sets its own offset over that price, or overrides it entirely — and can edit the on-screen labels without calling anyone.
Outcome
Running on the shop floor every day, with the full shop system now in development.
